I'll start with a brief intro.. and later I'll supplement with more detail as it may relate to my posts..
Ive been doing a vlog at http://www.youtube.com/user/Transanna since January of 2009. This blog is a supplement for that vlog. I have felt compelled to delve into more detail around my interpersonal issues than I'm able to do in that environment.
A very brief summary of my transition...
I'm really in the beginning stages of transitioning from male to female.. I started laser hair removal just over a year ago, I'm now all but completed with that. Ive been attending a local trans support group for about a year and a half. I completed about 6 months of therapy specifically for my gender issues. I stopped my therapy about 4 months ago. I stopped my after having felt very positive and sure of my issues, and also having received my letter of recommendation for hormone therapy. I have been on hormones for about 4 months now... that's a brief summary of my transition thus far.
I'm currently living in a male role. I'm have come out to my 2 sisters last Christmas. That proved to be a very positive and supportive experience. I have yet to come out to my mother and my older brother. both of whom I feel will have a very negative response, and so I have not as yet had the "discussion" with them... gulp.
Chère Elle,

I try to repeat it:
I wanted to congratulate you for your blog and for all the merit for your transition, which I deeply respect.
As a quite experienced straight man, I can tell you that you look like a pretty and intellectual young woman and you are very attractive (I can talk about the face and the trunk).
Lots of MTF transsexuals (for obvious reasons) finish by working as prostitutes -and this is a fact-, so they try to look as sexy bombshells. You don't need that! The good taste men will really like you as you are.
I obviously cannot give you any tip, but wish you very good luck!
Sincerely, Alberto
